Do workout supplements actually work?

Yes they work if you can afford them. You can spend $600 every 6 months or use it for your car insurance or something else. If you don't then recovery will take longer or your workouts will drain you more especially once you start lifting super heavy weight. If you have the money to use on and use your muscles for a job or competing. If you don't use your muscles for anything other than aesthetics, then it wouldn't be worth it.
