Why is Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. not accepting real challenge?

Its not Chavez Jr. , its Arum whos making the fights. I believe that Chavez Jr. aint scared of anyone. He even called out Pacquiao. His father was an icon and that made Jr. a paperview attraction at an instant. Arum is just making his money's worth with the kid while he can. I think eventually in the future, Chavez Jr. will call out the ones he wants to fight, and by then Arum will have no choice but to let him fight.
