Under Ohio law am I required to pay rent for the remainder of my leased term if I am evicted?

I prepaid my rent for the entire year with three months left on my lease a was give a 3 days to vacate notice by my landlord for an incident involving another tenant. this is a forced-eviction not a rent related eviction. He is refusing to give me a refund of the rest of the prepaid balance.
