Is it me being sour? or is it a problem? help plz!?

I don't think you're being unfair at all. It's in our nature to want the same advantages being handed to others, especially if we feel our need is just as great. I understand your frustration and I think you should bring it up with the principal, but not on your own; have your parents with you so that they know it's a legitimate issue and not a jealousy issue.
