Why does the Administration want to score political points by going after banks?

they need a villain to focus your attention on...this time around it is the banks....not long ago it was the oil companies, you remember the outrageous profits, where has that led...they have you watching what they are doing with the right hand, while they rip you off with the left, all for your own good
