monica has been watching my baby 50hrs wksince she been born. she is now 2 yrs old. Monica is going out of state for 1 wk in which the dad of my child has visitation 1 wkend she'll be gone.Dad has no answer for childcare for her while we work. I trust monica to take her with her as dad does not because he does not deal with her.I am the custodial parent. Can I legally send baby with monica with notorized permission regardless of what dad says (but inform him of her whereabouts)and switch wkends when she gets back as I do not have vacation time left at wk. Please help
