Non skilled worker emigrating to Canada?

I currently work as a secretary/ estate agent and have been for the past 5 years and also have experience in agriculture. I'd love to emigrate to canada for a better way of life or try work experience failing acceptance. Does anyone know how hard it is considering im lacking in "skills"? Where is the best place to look for a job? Are there companies who specialise in helping ? I've already looked at the official site which seems quite complicated. any help would be appreciated.
