Youtube rude comments?

I swear people are way too sensietive and stupid they are quick to cuss out people if they don't like something. I just let someone have it for making a idotic comment on my Rhianna tribute video. The woman got beat! This idiot is cussing me out for making a trbute! Does this get on you nerves? What do you do?
