Your thoughts on the new Ruger SR9 pistols?

A buddy of mine had a Ruger P89 that I did not like ("tank-like feel") and I saw their new SR9 and it looks nothing like that. I mean in line of feel. I have not had an opportunity to hold one yet. It actually kind of reminds me though (from pics) of the S&W M&P. Maybe a little Walther P99-ish... I am looking forward to getting my paws on one to see what it is like.
