What are some decent tires for a 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Convertible for less than $90 per wheel?

I am not looking to spend a fortune. I just need some decent ones. I think my wheel is 17 inches. Also, if you can provide me links to stores that sell them, that would be appreciative. Thank you guys.
