Q for women: If you see a guy you're interested in or simply catches your eye, are you vocal about it?

We are very vocal about it with our friends. Just not to your face. Yes we try to do the signal thing. Now that I am a little bit older if I like someone, and I can see they are kind of into me, I say something like, "I kinda like you a little bit" then smile. That seems to work.
