IM just paranoid MY story is really Long ok...?

IM A PATIENT CARE AT A HOSPITAL, A PATIENT WITH AIDS Died at 10am and his body wasnt cleaned up Until around 1230 Pm by the nurses THEN around 230 PM the escorts Came and took his body to the morge. SO 10 mins later the HOUSEKEEPER comes in to disinfect the whole ROOM!!!! so her lazy leaves the blue bag with all her wipes and linen left over in the middle of the hall way. so i had a cut in my finger from the day before and had it WRAPPED with a BANDAGE so i got mad she left it there so i picked up the bag and put it IN the side of the hall way. when i FELT LIKE WATER OR SOMETHING or maybe body fluids idk IN MY FINGER so i ran to the WASHING HAND SINK and washed my hands even with the bandage on then after i took it off and washed some more!! but i didnt think nothing of it at the time until like a couple of days later I KEPT THINKIN MORE N MORE till the point of BEING SO PARANOID CRYING because im not sure if im infected or what!!! so a week after this happen i went for an HIV TEST IT CAME OUT NEGATIVE BUT i have to go back in 3 months AND IM SO SCARED!!!! PLEASE HELP
