Im 27, all of a sudden im suffering from really huge zits on my chin, boil like,red & hurt! how do i get rid?

any ideas on how to get rid of them fast, and why all of a sudden they have appeared? its quite embarring as a 27yr old professional in meetings to look like a spotty teen, and they are so boil like they are hard to hide with make up! help help help!
