I want a new phone without breaking my contract, Verizon?

If you want a new phone you may have an early upgrade option, but you need to call customer service to be sure. If you have completed 12+mths of serv and have been on a pp of more than 49.99(not including features) for the last 3 mths, then you may be eligible for the early upgrade. You can also go online to vzw.com and login to your online account. If you don't have one you can click on register to open a free online account. Besides the only way to "break" your contract is by cancelling your service. You have a 1 year warranty on your phone if you purchased it from vzw and not a third party. Also the update(mentioned by the first answer) on your phone is recommended every 90 days and is done by *228 send opt 2. Option 1 is only if you need to reprogram your phoen.
