I'm so lonely right now its not even funny please help?

Long story short, I blew my oppurunity with this girl that was interested in me. When we cuddled, it was like I was in another world. I was told a lie that she was never interested and that she was lying to me so I reacted wrongly and said f*** her to her best friend. I'm not like this honestly. I have always treated girls respectfully, I just had an immature moment.I tried to explain to her the situation but theres nothing I can do. I was lied to, and I was mad because I thought I was being played around with. Now I'm getting one word text responses and it is probably the worst feeling in the world. There is nothing I can do to get it back so forget telling her the story (ive tried it a million times), what can I do to feel better again?
