I like the 80/90's look..??

Okay. I L O V E colour! School is about to start and so it's time to start fresh. Are skinny jeans apart of that look?? I like the look with lots of colours,but I also like the rocker look. Don't like flats. But I wear nikes and jordans. Most of them NOT a solid colour.I don't wear skirts either. I like ther neon coloured jewlery. And I LOVE big hoop earrings. Give some ideas?? Pictures?? How can I put this look together??
